under flipping i understand taking advantage of an inner community price level by buying soley for the purpose of profit-gain through reselling (on the outer market, wherever), regularly.

GavDavis, griff and Bob_Acids' sequence was 'somewhat' better though.. Terry had a point and skywayman had a point, too..
