pk ripper decals - application ( measurements )

I am applying my PK ripper decals today, and wondered if anyone has the correct measurements for applying them.

distance from headset tube etc etc.

Or just use the force  ::)

Good question this. Would the factory use a template or the force? I worked in testing electronics and was trusted to final assemble some Hydronix products which we used a printed picture. I would probably assume that this would be the way bitd.

Going off my original decal looptail frame,it works out at an equal 4" from headtube & bottom bracket to the outside quotation marks ( " ) taking my measurement from the bottom of the downtube (if you understand any of that!) The seatube decal is 1.5" down from the top tube. Headtube sticker is dead centre.
