Yes..there looking solide and are really light. I do like the looks of the SR tube opc  :daumenhoch:

I think that it wont be a problem to exchange the axels , only you have to safe the hubcaps  :-\

If they're a direct swap for DX I might be up for a swap...
Just bought some DX with 1/2" spindles, not even took them out for a look yet to see condition but may be an option & would keep them Shimano rather than getting the halfords ones...

Thanks Griff and a good option - I'd be up for that.  :daumenhoch:  I don't know if the sx and dx ones are the same - hopefully someone on here would know.
