The way I see it is if you're building old school BMX's for profit/investment, for the love of God don't attempt to start your own business.
I'm new to this game and I'm doing it for the love of the bikes.
I've found a new level of skint, I'm addicted to finding parts and it excites me when I get what I want.
I don't see the end coming... Finish 1 start another blah blah blah.
Not once have I thought... Oh I might make a buck or two here.
Everything fun in life can potentially ruin your life.
But hey 'LIFE IS NOT A REHEARSAL'

Not a good investment any more

if you look at old school bmx and think "investment" you really need a kick in the b0ll0cks

....and another thing , if you use the phrase  "grail build" you really need another kick in the b0ll0cks

A few people used OS BMX as a short-term investment and a way to make money in the same way any dealer does with a collectable, in at the right time when the market for OS BMX taking off, they looked, they found, they bought low, they collected knowing there was money to be made and then sold high.

Juan (BMX Addicts), Jeff Haney and our very own Biaggio being some examples I can think of off the top of my head.
