New Twin Pinch Black Redline Fight cranks (Are they chrome underneath)

OK so I have a set of these Black twin pinchers on a build & i'm thinking of taking them off & putting a 1pc on instead.

I'm also starting to get parts together for a different build & I'd like to put a chrome flight crank on to this project so I was wondering if anyone had stripped any of these black cranks back & if they were indeed chrome underneath??? if they are it will save me having to trade or sell these.

Recently i bought some of the new black skyway EZ 1 bars & they to my surprise were chrome underneath so I'm guessing Skyway just chrome their bars & just paint on top & i was wondering if Redline might do the same ?????
