I would think somewhere around 150+

I've just sent a frame and forks to NZ and it was £70 so i'd say £150 is a good estimate

I think it works out a bit cheaper if the seller packs it in 2 boxes  :-\

Spot on.  Some of the shops will not sell completes overseas anymore due to the ridiculous cost.  Frame and forks or wheels on their own seem to be fine though.
