Courier to USA

I've had a decent offer on my brackens cruiser f&f  from the states. Need a rough cost of courier or post ? Any ideas ? Best to use?

Approximately £90 by Parcel Farce Golbal Priority (tracked,signed for,3 day delivery) then add £10-£30 depending on the amount you want it insured for. I used this service last week.
