New to BMX restoration

Some parts are in the citric acid bath, been in nearly 12hrs now, will post some before during and after photos. Had to guess on the mixture used 4 litres of water to 4 teaspoons of citric acid.

Mightn't be enough, I'd have thought 100g per 5L would be more like it but it's all about trial and error :daumenhoch:

I will see how this goes after 24hrs, then up it if i have too. Thanks for the replays. Not brave enough to try try the frame as worried about the decals may do the bottom bracket as it will sit in the container nice.

Up the acid content to 50g as that's all Had to 4litres of water, something has happened though as the water had discoloured
