I think the profile site has only 175's left but these seem to have 180's left too

Thats incorrect. If anything the 2007 cranks are a hybrid between Gen 2 and Gen 3 cranks, here's why...
First Gen Profile Box cranks had flat arms, as in no indent where the decal goes, their edges were pretty sharp as they were fabricated from folded, fairly thin, sheet metal. They also had no weep holes on the back, and came with a fully splined spindle.
Gen 2s were made from a slightly thicker sheet which softened the edges slightly, the 2007 cranks match these. The Gens 2's also had a very slight indent where the sticker was placed, weep holes and a hand engraved number and length
Gen 3s still appeared boxed around the pedal bosses but are more curved along the arms. They had a deeper indent which the 2007 cranks share - hence the hybrid comment. Early ones have the length hand engraved, later ones have the length stamped halfway along the inner side of the arms
