Thanks for the feedback lads
Strip, clean and ride it is so.
Small bit of rust under the top tubes so ill rub it down and touch it up
I'm thinking white mags but black would be handy to keel clean
Deffo pull the bars back I'm 40 now and I don't think my back would put up with that.

Keith give it a citric acid bath and save yourself the effort where the rust is concerned. Wont harm the frame, paint or decals  :daumenhoch:

Black tuffs, white are a pain to keep clean.
