Handlebar ID, CW's?

Top set in the pic are WIN Pro Bars.
Bottom set are the same height, 1" narrower, but with nicer welds and the knurling is different.
Are they CW's? Or something else? Cant see any markings.

Possibly  :daumenhoch:. I have a set of Hsin Lung Pro (Kuwi type) bars at my mum's. Will compare them tomorrow.
