CYCLE CRAFT PRO XL ... it's done !

(1/11) > >>

Church:
Four years ago , I received as a gift this Cycle craft frame as a gift from my Old friend Jeff . The chrome and the drop outs were in bad shape and were in need of attention ... let's do it for a new project !  ;)

The frame without forks when I received it ...  :crazy2:

After having dechrome the frame , little holes of rust appears on the top tube ... I drilled them oversized to avoid the rust inside the tube and to make easy the weldings ...

After some TIG weldings and finishing , the dropouts and the top tube seems to go better ...

Take a look on the stem , I choose the TNT because I want to rebuild the bike like it was back in the days ( 1988-89 period ) . Good candidate for a polish update ... I was carefull to don't brake all the angles of the stem with polishing ...

.....to be continued !
