Handlebar I.D Anyone?

These came off a Hutch that i've known about for 30 years.
They're the same colour as the Hutch but i'm not sure that they're Hutch bars.



If you notice the bars go flatter at the Brake lever bend....and the bottom Stem bend.
I think they are Early VDC Itsons....but i bow to anyones better knowledge
