If you go the dannywhackit way I suggest some tape around the head tube to give a it more protection.
Anyway I thought you would just use your teeth on it like opening a bottle :LolLolLolLol:

Get a piece of scaffold pipe,cut it in half so your left with a semi circular piece.
Get a piece aluminium can (soft)and shape it round the end :daumenhoch:
Sit the ally clad end on the outside of the cup
twat the other end with a hammer. :daumenhoch:
