My first build was an 87 haro fsx, from ebay, that had been competely drenched with matt black paint. i stripped it all with nail varnish remover, and to see the old war wounded paint appering from underneath, along with the fsx decals was a joy to behold. Alloy hubbed tuffs too, all for Â£80. Shame you canr pick up bargains like that anymore.

2005/06 ish? Picked up haro shredder forÂ£30 and then got bits from coopers cycles.
Turned my nose up at his nos Â£25 kashimax aeros

Ended up with this mish mash rider thing.

my first build around 2006, almost gave it away to a mate before i restored it so he could start riding again. thank god i gave him a diamond back venom instead.

cost me around Â£150 for bars, seatpost, brakes, tyres, decals, grips, padset and bottom bracket, i had everything else in my shed. diacompe mx1000s and levers from vert-ego for Â£45 and i grudged it as i remember they only used to be Â£16 from my local bikeshop.

I got this in 97 from a guy at work who gave it me after me finding old school bmx via vintage and a pk ripper Tshirt I bought of ebay
Prob cost 100 quid to put in this condition

I soon after did this one , a mk1 chromo burner . My first decent bike I had as a kid

Mongoose Cali, bought of eBay In 2005 from a guy in Ireland.
Cost me about £400, at the time I knew fook all and bought some twin pinch for £160 😞

What got me back into BMX.....

Saw this on eBay.....stated it was in greater manchester. Won it and found out he lived on my mums street...where I was born and raised. It was a sign.

This is my original bike from Bitd.......I can't believe I got it back after 20 years.

Then I started staring at Ebay all day and bought another Bmx off a very nice chap (Brettypeeps) who told me all about Radbmx.

And my first build.

Found at the local tip about 10 years ago.

I spotted the team colours among among a pile of old bikes, I thought might it be an Team Aero Pro but alas no it was a humble Team Replica.
