Opions on next build please. Tange Hot Heart

Ok Guys need some help with my next build, ive had this nos Hot Heart F&F sitting around for a few years now and seeing as i didnt do any builds last year due to being out of work im going to treat myself and get this done.
 "help"

Ive got a box of gold nos parts so to keep the cost down im going with.

A candy blue frame and forks.

In the box i have gold

DC Mx 1000 full set
Maxi cross crank
DC Mx seat clamp
Suntour power stem
Yellow Tange grips
Yellow sharp BB Boot

So im looking for a set of Gold rims either Araya or Ukai NOS or close with high flange hubs.

Now this is where i need some help

Bars and seat stem im thinking chrome?
Chain im thinking gold/silver izumi?
Pedals MKS or KKT?
The seat is where im really stuck so any suggestions

I did think lighten bolt but it might be a lil out of my price, didnt think about the MX Kashi how much do these go for??
