Anlun Cranks

I picked these up a little while back and just looking for some difinitive answers on them please, years they ran from and too, is the disc removable, are these the correct crank bolts etc....

I have some genuine decals coming that the guy forgot to put in the box and will post a pic of them for clarification too please.
