Webco hub. Age? advice?

Morning all,

I bought a 2002 wethepeople thrillseeker in need of a good restoration, and this front wheel was on it. Has anyone seen one before? It is laced to a SUP rim.



It doesnt seem age appropriate to the wethepeople. Any ideas?
