Frame id please please !

Hello all,I really need a hand in finding out what I got ,only just picked it up and have no idea it has a seriel on the outside of the rear drop out T4082636 and on the other drop it has CR MO three circle holes on those too plus three small holes in the head tube gusset ,teardrop down tube and no bottom bridge I can't get my pics up for some reason I will keep trying

With an aero downtube it could be a Stratton Aero, especially if it has a black and white Aero decal on the downtube.
