After you chaps have spent eons polishing your alloy bits, do you leave them raw or clear coat them?

I've never clear coated any of my polished parts. Not sure if it would stick as there is no key to the service. Just give them a wipe with a cloth if you get any paw prints on them.  :)

Do you guys use a bench grinder converted to a polishing machine,or how do you get your parts with a mirror finish :shocked:

Polishing kit in to a drill. Other people do have proper polishing mops.

This is a good starter kit
