Got this lot stripped at annodisers yesterday , much easier
animal:
just food 4 thought 4 peeps. I have always stripped with caustic as bitd. Then I discovered 2 my annoyance that some of the annodising remains in place that the naked eye can't c :knuppel2: This cost me in that I polished a load of stuff took it 4 anno. when I picked it up some was dull not shiny as it should b. He said he had 2 restrip some stuff as anno was still present. Just thought u might like 2 know what I have gleaned 2 save urselves hastle . He stripped all this in ten mins as I waited. Cost me £20 and a lot of time stripping and dealing with the crappy residue caustic/oven pride leaves that is also toxic .
Oh the snapped and cracked hubs r Suntour High flange sealed if u were wondering why I would bother . They r gonna b fixed up 8)
