The £5.99 X tools one at Chain Reaction will do the job Graham  :daumenhoch:   Just make sure you screw it into the crank arm threads as far as it will go ....... otherwise you risk pulling/damaging the threads on the pedal arm . 

Unscrew the centre bolt of the extractor all the way out .
Screw the extractor into the pedal arm as far as it will go.
Screw the centre bolt back in and that will push against the bb spindle and hey presto it will pop off !!  :D

God you make it sound easy lol ooohhhh and with that crank,the crank arm are hitting the bottom bars on the back of the frame doesnt do a full rotation,how can i sort that out.my first build and its a disaster already:D

fook think il retire from this :p

Sounds to me like your BB spindle isn't long enough  :-\ 

Im off to bed now to dream about you kicking fook out of all your BMX parts  :D   :LolLolLolLol:

lol and that could just happen tomorrow at some stage,fook now i need another BB with longer spindal,the joys :D

No more hammer marks on the back of the crank arms  :daumenhoch:
