Did SE make CHROME finish Looptail Rippers

Yeah that's what I kind of thought with the bubbling etc, SE didn't do it anyway.

I've no doubt of the the integrity of authenticity of this frame ,, just the history of finish. :)
So if there wasn't any limited number of Rippers in chrome ,, what about the Chrome (Reynolds) Quadangle JT on here used to have ,, was that not factory finish ? ???

They chromed some Looptail Quads too which would have been up to 82, chrome Basher Looptail, Haulers.
