What are skyway rivets made of?

Whats the going rate and turn around time for a set of Tuffs to have a hub riveted in?
I've a mate in LA who's back in Australia once a year (i'm East coast US) and i'll give him my Tuffs to bring over.
Where are you in Oz?

$20Au per wheel if flanges are already removed or $50 per wheel if i remove them
plus what ever shipping cost are
i prefer no axles or guts get sent to me its lighter to ship with out and it means i cant lose parts

i dont suppose you have any rear hubs knocking about in that massive pile do you? Ive just had a set of tuffs aqua blasted, they look mint now but im missing a hub. >:(
