now i got a problem with the crank are there different size axels for the 400 series redline sugino crank as this is too short arms are catching on the stays and if i adjust arms out far enough they not fitted onto axel properly giving me a lot of movement in the arms

are the roadbike headsets the same size as old mtb one's, i got a tioga beartrap and a sunn mistral one that are too smaller than normal?
