Old r nice and soft . New r more plastic feeling like copy mushrooms .

No sure but think the new ones also have extra molding vent holes at the bar end .

Yep, the OG ones definitely feel softer and more comfortable but I don't think there are any visual differences apart from the cool OG rocket packaging...
