Its somewhere for people to hang out (not on street corners) and gives them something to do.  :) Surely the council know this and its partly why they have contributed.  :-\ I think one should be built in every town.  :)

Where about in Hatfield is this? My bro lives in Old Welwyn, and i used to knock around that neck of the woods as a youth. Not a million miles away now (Enfield)..Might chuck a bike in the car and come and join you sometime Pickle. We can be shite together! 8)
