it's more a case of don't drill the fookers out by 10mm down the centre first!! They just had no strength, the old engineer at work showed concern but said he'll try it first, will buy three bolts this time, two to make hollow, and one solid to draw the shafts in

So close to finishing now. New bolts turned up with the driver today. So hopefully they will be assembled tomorrow now. Bought extra bolts so I can use them for putting the stems together. THen replace with the hollowed out ones

So here it is all finished apart from I'm going to polish one (especially now after I hit the top cap with 1" spanner.
The pics don't really do them justice, the machining marks are almost sexual!! And I realise the top cap isn't straight, she who must be obeyed was yelling at me as dinner was ready!!
