someone had a few sets on there last month from the UK, was selling them for about £70 a pair i think

Paul think the conclusion was they were a short run for bmx guru. I and a couple of others got a US contact to forward them over as bmx guru don't do UK shipping

That's half the trouble right there Rob. They cost pittance really over there to buy. Mine worked out about 40 gbp's a set to buy and ship. That Ebay seller has thrown on custom charges and Ebay fees on those tyres.

you can say that about anything though Terry, I've just ordered a new car which costs exactly the same in the US as it does here but just in Dollars rather than pounds.  i could buy it over there but would then need to pay the duty and shipping charges which makes it fooking expensive to buy here.  just the way it is i guess.

The guy on ebay bought a few sets at about £45 each, add postage and duty to that order, he then sells them on ebay and Raleighburner.com at £65/£70 a set i bet he wasn't really making much on them after paypal and ebay rape him.
