I would have to check when they came out exactly but im sure before the gen1 haros maybe around 1980, I know Bob used them on his 82 so somewhere around then. As far as I know not manufactured for a Haro bike as such a bit like the number plates

I could be wrong though

They were released 82 by Haro and didn't stay around for long as the Chevron style pad came out in 83. I think Shiners had tons of them, thats why you see so many around. Great pads though...........

yeah they are got a couple sets, very hard to get a blue stem pad though  :)
