akisu is stamped on the forks if this helps ?

They're not the same frame at all, yours has no holes in the gusset for a start and yours also has ovalised tubing by the looks of it where the top tube meets the seat tube.  Whats the serial number on your frame as that may yield some more clues  :daumenhoch:

it has no7279on it and akisu on forks apart from that but you are deffo right about ovalised top frame
