TIOGA FC1 SPIDER QUESTION-HELP NEEDED !!

What chain fits this spider correctly ? tried a sugino chainring on it and the inside diameter of the chainring does not fit "tight" over the outside diameter of the "inside lip" of the spider ?? it would work as a show bike but as I want to ride it I think there would be some slip :(

it shouldn't slip as the chainring bolts will hold it central.
