Haro kneesavers genuine or fake?

wonder if the logo just might be "HL"
"It stands for Heng Ling or Hung Leung or Hung Ling or Hung Leng. something like that anyway.  Huge manufacturer of bike components that were used by hundreds of bike brands.  The same bars as these may have been fitted to 20 different brands from dept store bikes to some well known brands."
