Yep, using the RICE method and it seems to be working well.

Mat - well done for not crying  :LolLolLolLol:  I bet there were a few choice words muttered that would have got you in trouble BITD day though.

I remember when a friend of mine slammed on his shoulder hard and broke his collar bone.  You could see the pointy bit of the bone on the verge of coming through the skin.  He was rolling around screaming trying ot convince one of us to stamp on it as he thought he' dislocated his shoulder.  Probably a good job nobody there had the balls to try that one.

i recently fell off my old school cruiser on the way home from work when the chain tug snapped

and broke my ribs,damaged my elbow, shoulder ,back,cut both ankles and badly bruised

everything else :'(

Ha ha. Broke three bones in my foot a few months back at the Boardroom in the gayest way falling off the mini ramp :LolLolLolLol:

Broke my face a few years ago but you've all seen that pic  :2funny:
