Pro Neck vs Pro Neck II stem. Difference?

Gutted to miss out on yours Bert after dibbing it, but I can't blame you for selling the bike as a complete  :)

Postage is the killer for me as I won't post without full insurance which is why I try to offer package deals to keep the costs down - cost me an extra £20 for £1000 insurance when the ripper went.  Even a stem costs a tenner to post insured.  If another comes my way I'll let you know  ;)

The Pro Neck II was an upgrade to the Pro Neck due to the Pro Neck having 'cracking' issues. It was made from inferior alloy which was rectified in the latter version. I think they also upgraded the quill thickness and used a better wedge.

The Pro Neck II is perfect for an '84 build and a better stem too  :daumenhoch:
