The best thing to help grips on with.........

(1/6) > >>

McQUEEN:
I forgot this one from bitd but the easiest way to get a set of grips on is to use hair spray - I struggled last weekend to get these Oakleys on and last night, after a trip to Boots and a big smile from the sales assistant (I was thinking that she thinks I'm hot / she was thinking no way he uses hairspray, he needs regain), these slipped on it about 15 seconds each. Stoked.

Jaan:
An oldie but a goodie bud. Hairspray on, WD40 off.

It doesn't work with all hairsprays though, if you buy some of the new "strong" stuff your grips can stick like glue in seconds...

MartyC:
WD40 to put on and take off has never failed

Skid:
Water. To take them off, to put them on, costs less than all the above.

BMX1973:
Before I put them on I always put them in boiling water first. Although remember to put some gloves on when fitting. I do the same to take them off, soak the bar end in boiling water. Then they just pull off.  :daumenhoch:
