Hi all , Im not that knowledged up Kuwie's but i picked up this one yesterday and done some searching around last night to try and id it -


 










I was leaning towards an 84 Nova , then onto a Bravo ? Now it seems more like a 86 Nova Titleist -

Im just gonna get some paint stripper on the BB to see what stamping there is ? at the moment i can only see some faint numbers under the spray - 86 81 86

Ok , just stripped back the white spray paint -



Serial - 86081636

Does,nt look to be any other markings on it ,

Will check the steerer tube if needed tho .

Was about to ask is it original paint, then seen your 2nd post.

Did the paint stripper not touch the red paint underneath?   :-\

A Kuwi expert on here may be able to confirm what Kuwaharas came with red paint in 86.  :)

nice find and yep  i would have had that if you hadn`t bought it , will be a great resto as a lot of original bits on it

The white spray came off really easy and left the orig underneath all ok,
