What do i need to do to these?

These are the cranks that i had the spindles forced into all sorted now,but i have lost the perfect finish on them,so here is a pic of them now and what can i all do get them back to a very high shine/finish...had polished them on the buffer but even when i clean the mops with a saw or the wire brush thing you buy to clean them there still seems to be polish on them and leave it on the cranks etc

A polish by hand afterwards should take out the mop marks  :daumenhoch:
