Don't you have till the 8th to post up pics? The bike does look better w/the plate on as it gives it more Mojo & personality.Also the bars look a bit too forward on the museum pics.Just being honest.

The time,effort & money you put into this is huge dude & seems a shame not to get the pics right. :-\
This truly deserves a spot in the calendar & it should be solely about the bike
but the Yanks do go for a pretty pic so presentation counts a lot.

I thought that with the bars but they are dead up right, probably just the angle of the pic.
I may try and do some more pics next Saturday, can't get time off work and dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home.
I have the choice of a white cali lite pad, a red cali lite pad or a black vinyl popper pad.
Do you think the seat post could do with going down an inch as well ?
Also with the race plate where is the correct position of the tie wraps ? just before the decals ?

I'd go w/the black vinyl pad & dropping  the post an inch will deffo look better.Also pull the rear wheel back a tad further so the chain is tout w/ no slack.
I'd also lose the donuts for the pics as the red .5's  look better w/out IMHO. Yes put the ties just before the decal or use velcro ties so you don't damage the decal.

I haven't bought one yet and the black vinyl pad is in the States and not going to make it in time

Someone should have one on here or a red one.Put up a wanted ad.If you're stuck LMK & i'll knock one up for you. Or just bow the plate w/out pads like i mentioned before.

Just mount the top ties first then adjust the bottom ties so the plate doesn't bend inwards & has a nice curve to it.The same goes w/the pads mounted. :daumenhoch:
