What crank is this???

This is an old pic of my 83 Superfox. Can anyone tell me what the crank on it is??

Sadly not! This is the only pic I can find which I know isn't great lol.
From what I can make out looking at the original pic the crank arms have a "stamped out" rather than flat finish with writing in them. Obviously I can't make out the writing says!!
Similar to these that don't have any writing. [ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]
