After a little nosey on google seems you guys are right they look lke cook bros bars I am gonna try get the grips off at some point see if there are any markings :daumenhoch:

Yes they are Cook Bros bars and very rare what a great find.
Strongs Bicycles was in Palmerston Road in Boscombe/Bournemouth.
If you don't mind me asking,where are you from and where did you find it?

Never seen Cook Brothers bars with the crossbar welded that high ???
The turn down angle doesn't look right either .
