Well most dating is done by Letter = Number.
A = 1
B = 2
C = 3
and so on.

Your bars have,
F = 6
J = 10

So I guess your Bars could be October 86. Also being White Bars they would be from around 85 on wards.

So, this would be a good guess then.
Thought it might be something like that.....
Knew they're from the'80ish, these are prob.late one's, so they can go then.
