Skyway hubs pushed in HELP

Evening all,

My mate has been given a really nice set of skyway tuff 2's but the rear hub sah been pushed inboth sides is there anyway of repairing this?

Should be fairly easy to make some sort of dent puller that sits over the rivets and spreads the pressure evenly  ;)
