Haro F&F id confirmation

Had this frame set for some time and I am about to start work on it, just want to confirm it is what I think it is before I order a decal set.
Serial number starts 87 and top tube measures 19.5".
So it's a 1987 Blue/Black Fst/Fsx,right?
