ACS STOKER STEM DILEMMA! HELP!!

See what you mean, you need a stepped wedge.
What about modifying the wedge off the potts bolt so it's the same shape angle as the ACS wedge, a straight cut across the wedge to make the step, then cut, grind and file to make the same angle.
Here's a crap illustration of what I mean.

Might be worth considering if a local engineer can turn down a bolt to the right diameter and recut the thread. Always good to keep stuff original if possible :)
