Using another account to find out someone's top bid, withdrawing and then using a third account to bid upto the original bidders maximum, therefore increasing price.

Should be reported if happening regularly on his auctions

Did anyone actually bid / win / felt they got shilled? After the commotion, it'd be good to get the verdict from those involved?

That Swan Guy:
Yes

I bid my high bid.
I was winning at half the value of my bid.
I was overbid.
That bid was retracted immediately.
I was bid up to my maximum but not over it.
I retracted my bid late at night.
Overnight the bid that pushed me up was winning.
In the morning that bid was retracted and it dropped significantly in winning bid value.
