Cruiser Bar I.D ??

Normally run my elf blast bars but have these .
Approx 29 1/4" by about 7" rise.
They are higer then the elfs so thought they may feel nicer.
Assuemd they are GT anyone confirm?

Look more hutch like but i think the top bar is to thick?
