i've got a 24, bit different mine , has box section on chain stays, drop me a pm if you want pics of the welds etc, seat tube obviously longer but the diameters were the same iirc? sadly mine has seen better times :'(

40mm from top of toptube to top of seat tube
290mm from top of bottom bracket to top of seat tube
massive thanks to matt mayneord for going to dig the frame out of storage at his brothers place to get this info
