Yeah Rob red spraybomb on white skyways.

I reckon soda blasting or aqua blasting is the only answer.

He's tried stripper and rubbing etc but can't shift it completely from the easy bits.

I'm looking to do a set of Skyway's too,but I haven't contacted this bloke about how well it works yet (i.e. very stubborn marks)
