Elina lightening bolt Help!!!

I got an elina lightening bolt seat,i have been scrubbing it with degreaser and non scratch pad but it doesnt seem to be removing the marks on it...any other ideas before i goto dye it?

what about that vapour blast thingy they they doing tuff's with?  ???

Yep that would probably yield good results too, though if there is any flat, shiney sections of the seat it probably would lose its shine
